§ 04

We had the incredible opportunity to shoot the Hidden Canary Islands documentary across the eight Canary Islands in a collaboration with Canary Productions and Peter Greenberg at the start of 2022.

The aim of the documentary is to promote the more hidden side of tourism in the region and to show the world the islands' natural beauty and unique culture. During the shoot we travelled to a range of locations across the islands, including rural and lesser-known areas, to capture their essence.

Throughout production we were able to engage with local residents and experts, which gave us a deeper understanding of what makes the Canary Islands such a unique and exciting destination. We also captured striking images of the islands' nature and everyday life — a hugely rewarding experience for the whole team.

Peter Greenberg is a renowned travel journalist who has worked as a CBS News correspondent and as host of several television programmes focused on tourism and travel. In one of his writings he said the following:

'Travel is a life-changing experience. It lets you discover new cultures, taste wonderful food, see breathtaking landscapes and make friends all over the world. But it is also important to travel responsibly, respecting the culture and environment of the places we visit. As travellers, we have a responsibility to be aware of our impact and to work together to preserve the places we visit for future generations.'
