§ 02 — Lead

On this project, Flywus Studios contributed to the design, modelling, texturing and 3D compositing of the Adidas Pickleball Metalbone 3.2 paddle, bringing a level of detail that highlights its advanced technical features. Our work focused on capturing the innovation behind the paddle, which combines technologies such as the Weight & Balance system, allowing players to personalise weight and balance to optimise power and control on the court.

We used C18 carbon fibre and a PMI Foam core in our 3D renders to faithfully reflect the paddle's high-quality materials. Surface texturing of the Spin Blade Max technology was key to emphasising its spin-generating capability. Thanks to its monocoque construction, the paddle offers greater durability, and our 3D compositing let us visualise how all of these elements come together into a high-performance pickleball tool.

This 3D work not only reinforces the paddle's visual identity, it also helps players appreciate how personalised design can improve performance on court.
